I finally made the appointment I’d been putting off, and I’m glad I did (we moved back to Tally recently). Dr. Lauren Weir is the real deal. A top-of-her-class pro who brings both precision and warmth to her practice. It really matter to me. I’ve known her husband and fellow dentist in the office, Harrison Miller, since he was a little boy, and Dr. Weir impressed me entirely on her own merits.

Dr. Bastien has been looking after my teeth for a number of years. If you need a dentist, this is the place. My dental hygienist is conscientious and does a thorough cleaning. Staff are friendly and I highly recommend this dental office.

I’ve had multiple procedures done with Dr. Bastien, from fillings to crowns, and I can honestly say the care and professionalism from him and his assistant Keisha have always been outstanding. I tend to ask a lot of questions and can be very wordy during appointments because I like to fully understand everything, and they always take the time to give thoughtful, detailed explanations for any concerns or worries I have. They never make me feel rushed and always create a calm and comfortable environment during visits. Their professionalism, patience, and kindness really stand out, and they make dental appointments far less stressful than most people expect.
Over on the hygiene side, Casi is an excellent hygienist and always makes my cleanings a positive experience. She is very kind, professional, and gentle while still being extremely thorough. She creates a very welcoming and comfortable environment, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. I always appreciate how friendly and easygoing she is during appointments, and she consistently does a fantastic job. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dental hygienist.

Let’s face it.. not many folks enjoy going to the dentist but my last few trips to Bastien dental have been a positive experience. I had a new hygienist today and she was awesome . I arrived early and she had time to fit me into her busy schedule before her next appointment arrived so I was very pleased and the service great and I think it was her bday . All the glowing reviews are well deserved. Dealing with a whole host of dental issues and was very nervous to begin treatment, but Bastien Dental has been amazing so far. Every single person I've interacted with, from the dentist to the hygienists, assistants, and front office folks has been super personable and kind. They are upfront about the details and expected costs of every treatment option and so far they've been able to get me in quickly whenever I needed something done. Still a ways to go but already feeling much, much better about my situation. It's an awesome place and I'm so glad I chose them!

My experience with Bastien Dental has been amazing from the first call! Scheduling the new patient appointment and sharing my worry about a cavity. I was scheduled quickly and had my appointment today with Dr. Weir. She was very informative and made sure I was ok throughout the whole process. Christie was a gem and kept me calm! I've rarely experienced a dental emergency while visiting Tallahassee, but when it recently happened, I needed to find a local dentist immediately. My referral to Bastien Dental was a godsend, and a huge relief that they were willing to see a non-patient so promptly. Within hours, my extremely painful, non-repairable tooth was calmly (and amazingly) painlessly extracted by the expert hands of Dr. Bastien himself. He and his very kind and caring staff went above and beyond to alleviate my distress on such short notice, explaining everything in detail throughout the process. A minor after-hours medication issue was promptly responded to, even on a Sunday. To say that I'm thankful to have been directed to Bastien Dental is an understatement! If you ever find yourself in a similar dental emergency, you will be in the best of hands.
